How do I place an order? Ordering is simple!
1. Upload a clear photo of your pet on the product page.
2. Enter your pet's name (optional).
3. Select your preferred size and color, then click "Add to Cart" and proceed to checkout. Our expert designers will then transform your photo into a unique custom embroidery memory.
What pets do you accept? We accept all pets! Dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, horses, and any other beloved animals are welcome.
Can I see a preview of the design before it is shipped? To maintain our efficient production times and get your order to you as quickly as possible, we do not automatically provide digital previews before production. Our specialized design team manually converts each photo with precision and care to ensure the highest quality embroidery.
Can I change or cancel my order? Since every item is uniquely custom-made, updates or cancellations can only be processed if your order has not yet entered the production phase. Please contact us immediately at contact@stitchmory.com within 2-4 hours of placing your order for any urgent modifications.

How long does production take? As each piece is custom-designed and embroidered with care, our standard production and processing time is 5–7 business days before shipment.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide! Estimated shipping times vary depending on your destination (typically 5–7 business days for the United States). Please refer to our Shipping Policy page for full details regarding global delivery timelines.

Can I wash the embroidered apparel? Yes, absolutely. To keep your custom embroidery looking vibrant and beautiful for years to come, please follow these care instructions:
- Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors.
- Use mild detergent and do not bleach.
- Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry for the best results.
- Do not iron directly on the embroidery design.
