4. Place your order.
5. We'll create your custom embroidery.

What pets do you accept?

Can I see a preview?

Our designers create each embroidery based on your uploaded photo. Due to the personalized nature of our products, digital previews are not provided unless otherwise stated.

How long does production take?

Usually 3–7 business days.

Can I change my order?

If production hasn't started, yes.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes.

Can I wash the sweatshirt?

Yes.

Machine wash cold.
Turn inside out.
Do not bleach.
Tumble dry low.
