Because all of our products are personalized and made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the product
• A brief description of the issue
If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Personalization errors submitted by the customer (such as misspelled names or incorrect dates) cannot be refunded once production has started.
